• Government-issued ID number (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, or PhilHealth ID);
• Selfie or photograph for identity verification purposes.

Contact Data:

• Philippine mobile number;
• Email address (where provided);
• Residential address in the Philippines.

Financial Data:

• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet number;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where used for deposits or withdrawals;
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and dates;
• Source of funds documentation where required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

Technical & Usage Data:

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;

jljlj retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In particular:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements;
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion;
• Technical and usage data collected via cookies is retained in accordance with the cookie retention periods set out in Section 10.

Where jljlj is required to retain data beyond the standard retention period due to an ongoing legal dispute, regulatory investigation, or court order, the data will be retained until the matter is resolved. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

While jljlj takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlj login credentials and for notifying jljlj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jljlj uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the jljlj platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit jljlj.app.

If you are not satisfied with jljlj's response to your data protection request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

jljlj does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years. The jljlj platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, persons under the legal gambling age in the Philippines.

If jljlj becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of twenty-one (21), jljlj will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned; any winnings will be forfeited.

If you believe that jljlj may have inadvertently collected personal data from an underage individual, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 15.

jljlj primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. However, some of jljlj's third-party service providers — including game providers, KYC verification partners, and cloud infrastructure providers — may process personal data outside the Philippines.

Where changes to this Policy are material, jljlj will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jljlj platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
