These Terms apply to all users of the jljlj platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any content, feature, or service made available through jljlj.app. By completing the registration process and creating a jljlj account, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jljlj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jljlj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jljlj platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain a jljlj account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from jljlj or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jljlj, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

jljlj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

To access real-money games on jljlj, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jljlj account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jljlj employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlj login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jljlj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jljlj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

jljlj accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. jljlj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your jljlj account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. jljlj reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and request additional verification where the origin of funds is unclear.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100;
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval;
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed on the same business day;
• jljlj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

jljlj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages. Processing times stated are estimates and not guarantees.

jljlj offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jljlj promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jljlj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable period will expire and be removed from your account;
• jljlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the jljlj platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, Super Keno, lottery, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jljlj uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jljlj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jljlj's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical failures beyond jljlj's reasonable control.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the jljlj system. Players who believe a game result is incorrect must submit a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljlj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform while under the age of twenty-one (21);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jljlj immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jljlj staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Circumventing a self-exclusion restriction by registering a new account.

jljlj cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. Where required by law, jljlj will disclose account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities.

jljlj is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jljlj players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jljlj platform. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

jljlj enforces a strict minimum age of 21+ in accordance with Philippine law. Players who are found to be under the legal age will have their accounts closed immediately and all deposits returned. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

jljlj encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance. Support is available through the jljlj responsible gaming tools and through relevant Philippine support organisations.

All content on the jljlj platform — including but not limited to the jljlj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jljlj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jljlj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jljlj content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jljlj content;
• Use the jljlj brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the jljlj platform.

Any unauthorised use of jljlj intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jljlj.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljlj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jljlj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the jljlj platform.

jljlj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jljlj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

jljlj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a jljlj account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jljlj implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jljlj cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jljlj may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

jljlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jljlj will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jljlj platform.

Your continued use of the jljlj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jljlj support.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. jljlj recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

You may close your jljlj account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

jljlj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• jljlj suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• jljlj is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• Continued operation of your account would expose jljlj to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jljlj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jljlj, you are encouraged to contact jljlj customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jljlj will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jljlj from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
